We sell the triple cream brie that we get from Rogue River Creamery. This comes in small wheels called a Petite Truffle and is 4 ounces. $10 a truffle.
You will need: 4 ounces of Triple Cream Brie and Truffles 1 Tbl Olive Oil 3Tbl chopped pecans 1/2 tsp fresh Thyme 2 pinches of black pepper 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley 1 clove garlic
In a small bowl mix olive oil with the spices – parsley, garlic, thyme, chopped pecan nuts, rosemary, black pepper and salt.
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking dish with a parchment paper and place the cheese on it.
Place the herbs and nuts mixture on the cheese.
Bake until cheese is soft and nuts are toasted. Serve and enjoy!
