This is a typical example of our doelings. Pictured here is a 25% Boer 75% Saanubian 10 month old doeling with her Moneymaker twins. Another doeling at 10 months is shown from behind to show the tremendous udders on these yearlings. This is our standard doeling, picked at random and a requirement of all doelings kept in the program. These girls BRED at 5 MONTHS! A beautiful example of heterosis.

A typical Moneymaker doe at two years now stands over 6' in height when reaching for tree limbs. All of our does show tremendous depth and length.

Several breeders and meat purchasers have called inquiring on our management practices. Our does are raised on dry-land pasture (native grasses and dry-land alfalfa). We also feed good quality, pesticide-free alfalfa hay (from our neighbor) all winter long and when dry conditions merit. We worm only the does and doelings and only when indicated using diatomaceous earth whenever possible. A selenium block and trace mineral salt block is available year round, as is bi-carbonate of soda ( baking soda). No hormones have ever been used. We are CAE free, CL free and in the scrapies eradication program herd.

Many of our does that are 25% Boer and 75% Saanubian will be having doelings. These doelings are the foundation of our Moneymakers, and what we feel produces the best cross with a 100% Boer or Kiko buck. Moneymakers are registered on production ONLY, this is NOT a pedigree registration like all others ( although a three generation pedigree is on the registration). The first freshening is what they will be scored on. Remember these are young does that have already proven their moneymaking abilities. They should be productive for up to 10 more years, and most will have twins or triplets as we have culled heavily for singles. Guaranteed fertile and healthy. Please do NOT contact us and tell us you can buy does cheaper, of course you can! Go to any auction! You are buying genetics from the best goats in the nation here, NOT SHOW GOATS! These goats are bred to do one thing, produce the highest weaning weights in your herd in the shortest time with the least amount (but NOT Zero ) intervention .

Prices on indexed yearlings start at $400.
